Rooms are small but some can sleep up to four adults. Among the useful facilities are a 24-hour front desk, safe-deposit boxes, and a hip cybercafe.
Hair dryers are available on request. Guests have free access to the City Y health club, the largest hotel gym in Australia, which offers aerobics classes, personal trainers, and massage (for an extra fee). Four rooms are designed for guests with disabilities, and there is also easy access to the gym.
